This video tells the story of how Varosha was founded and its success in the Ajanta slum of West Bengal, the first community that Varosha transformed.

Everyone should have the chance to provide an acceptable quality of life for themselves and their families.

To actively prepare people to achieve self-sufficiency and a sustainable quality of life by providing education, resources, and expertise.

Working through partners and volunteers, Varosha runs training centers and vocational schools that train disadvantaged people in professions that will enable these people to earn an income and maintain an acceptable quality of life.  Varosha seeks to lift entire communities up from poverty by running these projects on a long-term basis and with a high rate of participation within these communities.

To enable disadvantaged people to generate an income and become financially independent by providing them with education and professional training, and  other support.

Varosha helps the disadvantaged work towards self-sufficiency and a sustainable quality of life through vocational training, education, and support.  Its underlying vision, mission, and goals drive its efforts.
